The Sucks will inaugurate RAIL’s new Eastern Conference. Home: Mandarich Toilet Paper Municipal Stadium. Manager: Coach D. The city originally owned 100% of the team. Its officials were so uneducated that they sold a controlling 51% interest to Mandarich Toilet Paper Company. The city retains 49%. Looks strong on paper.
